Dear Researchers,

The Council of Higher Education (CoHE) administers the International Research Programs (AKAP, DOSAP, and GEP) to encourage doctoral students and faculty members to conduct research at leading universities worldwide in accordance with international standards. Applications for 2026 are being received in four application periods. For this call, applications are open only to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye.
