About the Programme
Applications are now open for the 2026 Second Call of the TÜBİTAK ARDEB 1001 – Scientific and Technological Research Projects Funding Programme, administered by the TÜBİTAK Research Support Programmes Directorate (ARDEB).
Project proposals must be submitted online through the ARDEB Project Application System (PBS).
Current Application Forms Must Be Used
For proposals to be considered for evaluation, applicants must complete the current application form and annexes published for the programme and upload them to the ARDEB Project Application System.
Project proposals submitted using outdated application forms will be returned without evaluation.
Application Timeline
Online Application Deadline 7 September 2026
Deadline for completing the project proposal through the ARDEB Project Application System.
E-Signature Deadline 10 September 2026
Deadline for completing the electronic signature process for project proposals whose online applications have been completed.
