The organizational chart and responsibilities of units involved in research at our university are presented below.

[TPYDO] Teknokent Project Management and Consultancy Office: Located within ODTÜ Teknokent, this unit provides the necessary support and consultancy services to enable our researchers to focus on their scientific work while benefiting from all internationally funded R&D projects, primarily EU Framework Programs.

[DSİM] Office of Revolving Funds: This unit manages activities carried out by university researchers under DSİM, including projects, consultancy, training/experiment services. Criteria used to evaluate the R&D, design, and innovation content of projects and activities carried out within DSİM are applied by the DSİM Commission when reviewing project applications.

[AK] Office of Research Coordination: Ensures the development and implementation of our university's research strategies and coordinates research activities across the university.

[BAP] Office of Scientific Research Projects Coordination: Manages the budgetary and personnel processes of all R&D projects conducted at the university. This unit also coordinates activities related to BAP projects funded by our university's research budget.

[TTO] Technology Transfer Office: Responsible for university-industry collaboration, patenting and commercialization of academic inventions, and contract management in intellectual property matters. This unit organizes all financial and administrative processes, from obtaining patents to company establishment, to convert academic knowledge produced at our university into commercial value.

[PDO] Project Support Office: Provides support for accessing and managing all nationally and internationally funded R&D resources across the university, primarily including EU Framework Programs (HorizonEurope, H2020, FP7, etc.) and TÜBİTAK projects.

[MKO] Centers Coordination Office: Oversees the establishment and coordination of Application and Research Centers affiliated with the Rectorate and monitors processes under Law No. 6550. It also manages the application, follow-up, and coordination of investment program projects supported by the Presidency of Strategy and Budget, administers the Researcher Training Program for the Defense Industry (SAYP) within the scope of University–Industry Collaboration, and coordinates the LABS portal (Laboratory and Research Infrastructure Information System) established by the Ministry of Industry and Technology.
